Alpine Engineering, Inc. provided the civil engineering design for Basecamp, a new townhome development situated along the Eagle River in Avon, Colorado.  Basecamp pairs the serenity and luxury of mountain living with the convenience of being only steps away from shops and restaurants.  Nine ready-to-move in townhomes have majestic views of the Eagle River, Vail Mountain to the east, and Beaver Creek Ski Area to the south.  All units are 3-bedroom and include a two-car garage.

Alpine designed the grading, drainage, and utilities for the townhomes. Civil engineers collaborated with utility providers, architects, and wetland specialists to optimize drainage and reduce the development's impact on the Eagle River.
