The Haymeadow Residential Project is a proposed development ultimately containing 837 units on the 660-acre parcel and will be annexed into the Town of Eagle.

Haymeadow will have residential neighborhood pods consisting of a mix of small single family homesites, duplex units and multifamily townhomes and flats.  Other anticipated development on the Haymeadow Parcel includes a Kindergarten through 8th grade school (K-8), special events pavilion, community park and a fire station. This project is coined as a “Conservation Oriented Development” which requires clustering of the residential uses in order to allot more than 50% of the property as open space. In addition, Haymeadow will also utilize an extensive non potable irrigation system to decrease demand on the Town of Eagle’s water plant and help to keep more water in Brush Creek.

AEI has been involved with the design of this project for over 8 years and has been an integral part of the land planning, coordination and engineering design to date. Engineering design includes road plan and profiles, water and sewer system design, recreation path design, non potable irrigation system design, and storm drainage design including debris flow mitigation and aspects of LID to promote water quality and stormwater management.
